How engagements work
Work begins with a written scope and a quoted price, either a fixed project fee or an hourly rate. Nothing is charged before that scope is agreed in writing.
Invoices are issued electronically and are payable by card or bank transfer through our payment processor. Project work is typically invoiced with a deposit at kickoff and the balance on delivery. Hourly and retainer work is invoiced monthly in arrears.
